Lil'Bodhi and Me

Lil'Bodhi and Me is a kids yoga youtube channel with Yogi Alex, a kids yoga teacher in Los Angeles. Yogi Alex has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 10 years. She teaches at schools including Camelot kids, LA Family School, Pinwheels and more. She is so excited to bring her Bodhi tree character to life with her yoga adventures to practice at home as a family! Yogi Alex also does private kids and fmaily classes, birthday parties, events and more.
