EVENT FAQS

FOR TICKET HOLDERS

TICKETS:

Tickets are currently on pre-sale and discounted to $5.00 per person. Please note that on site tickets are $10 per person and we highly recommend you purchase in advance to get the best deal.

INCLUDED WITH TICKETS:

Tickets include admission to the event with in and out privileges, full day of concerts on main stage, plus interactive activities + resources at booths, free samples + opportunity to enter giveaways through out the day.  Please check the location page for exact details related to the day’s schedule, concerts and featured activities.

WHATS NOT INCLUDED:

Rides/inflatables are separately ticketed activities (please check the location page for specifics), food is separately paid to trucks + carts, and certain services like face painting or glitter tattoos cost extra.

PARKING & CHECK IN:
Stay tuned for important details related to parking and check in. We are committed to making sure you have a great experience on the day of the event and these instructions will be important in doing so.

REFUNDS + COVID PROTOCOLS:
All tickets are nonrefundable within 30 days. The event is planned rain or shine.

**COVID protocols as set for large scale events by state and local government will be in effect and strictly enforced. Please plan accordingly to comply with any and all restrictions including masks, health checks, vaccination cards and negative tests. More information related to the exact guidelines we will need to follow will be released closer to the event as we have that information from governing authorities.
