Know Before You Go

  • Pre-Sale Tickets: 
    Please make sure you have your event tickets readily available either on your phone or printed.  The more quickly we can scan your tickets, the faster we can move check in and get you into the event.   You need to have your tickets with you. 

  • Onsite Tickets:
    You can buy tickets on site at Main Gate. There are cash and credit card lines.  All tickets are $10 per person (adult or child) at the Gate all weekend. 

  • Check In at Main Gate: 
    Every guest needs a wristband to enter the event grounds and must go through check in.   Security through out the venue will be verifying your wristband. 

  • Parking:  

    We recommend finding parking in the Autry or LA Zoo lots. The Zoo lots have both free parking and paid parking.  The primary Zoo lots are directly across the street from the Autry.   The Zoo also has a satellite lot next to the Autry below the lawn which is a good spot to park when entering Griffith Park from the South.   These lots are all close proximity.

    If the nearby lots are full, we recommend you drop off your family at the Autry Main Entrance and then proceed to satellite parking at the Carousel Lot down the road.  We will be running a complimentary shuttle to and from the Carousel lot between 11am and 4pm when we know the park is most crowded.

    There will also be traffic officers and Main Gate staff to help facilitate parking and drop offs to make the day as easy as possible.   It will still be crowded in Griffith Park on the weekend especially between the hours of 11am-2pm so we recommend you leave extra time for parking. 

    If you are having trouble with parking, please come by the Autry Main Entrance and talk to our staff for assistance.  Do not park illegally or you will be towed.

  • Food + Beverages:
    Please bring reusuable water containers. We have partnered with Aguavida Premium Water so guests have access to water stations.  Food can be purchased from our food village with has trucks, carts & food booths on site this year.  We recommend swinging by the Food Village early to find and order what you want as it can take time to get your food. You'll find other food samples located through out the event. 

  • Stage Schedule + Activities:
    Please check our website for the full schedule on Main Stage for each day so you don't miss your favorite performers or the opportunity to join us for Family Bingo to win prizes!   
    On Saturday, we will also have a Community Stage at the Indoor Theater inside the Autry courtyard with more intimate performances featuring community partners.  Don’t miss those shows! Space is limited inside the theater. 
    Our website has the most updated information about schedules and activities. Please visit us there if you have questions. 

  • Access to the Autry Museum This Year:
    This year your festival tickets give you access to the Autry Museum as well to visit their new family play space and enjoy character meet & greets with Buddy from Dinosaur Train on Sunday! You can access the Autry via the main courtyard from the festival lawn and look for signage.  Your wristband will gain you entry both days. 

  • Lawn Seating:
    All Main Stage concerts are lawn seating, unreserved. We encourage you to bring picnic blankets (no chairs).

  • Security:
    We will have bag checks and security screening at our gates.  Please pack lightly and do not bring oversized items, dangerous items or weapons of any kind into the event.  These are all strictly prohibited.

  • Code of Conduct:
    We want to remind you that this is an event for families with young children and must be kept safe for them at all times.  Any inappropriate behavior of any kind including but not limited to yelling, violence, intimidation, threats, harassment, unsafe actions, damage, and/or aggressive behavior towards guests or staff are a violation of our terms of service and will result in immediate removal from the event.
